We've put the finishing touches on the conference program and are excited to share it with you. You'll be able to find conference sessions, speakers, meal times, and transport information in the schedule below
Last minute changes and additional details may be added in the lead up to the event, so keep an eye on this page so you don't miss anything.
We're excited about what's ahead and look forward to welcoming you to the conference.
Sunday, 12th July
Attendees make their own way to the airport, with schools communicating any carpooling / coach arrangements. Coaches will be waiting to transport attendees from the airport to their hotel on arrival.
Heritage Christian School: Coach to the Conference
10:30am for a 10:45am departure
Meet at the HCS front car park, 33 Mumford Street, Port Macquarie 2444.
Note: Short rest stop with the chance to purchase lunch en route.

Hotel check-in
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 3:00pm. Guests arriving earlier are welcome to register at Front Reception. If their room is ready before 3:00pm, we will gladly check them in early. If not, guests are invited to enjoy the hotel facilities, and our Concierge Team will securely store their luggage.
Check-In Procedures:
All guests must check-into the hotel at the Front Desk.
Billing:
Accommodation and breakfast will be charged to the master account. Upon arrival, guests will be required to present valid identification and a credit card for a pre-authorisation of $100 to cover any incidental charges. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold that will be released by the guest’s bank after check-out, subject to their processing times.

- Bring your driver’s licence for the golf carts.
- Dress code is neat casual with a compulsory collared shirt. No denim, singlets, or brief shorts.
- RACV is a soft-spike course only (no metal spikes).
